This is Japan’s first domestic vegan sausage made from soybeans.
Using our proprietary “T-MEAT™️” process, a new soy meat sausage with “juiciness” and “crunchy elasticity” has been created. It is cholesterol-free, low in calories less than one-half that of regular sausage, and gluten-free. It is also free of white sugar and preservatives. In addition, it is delicious just by grilling on a griddle with oil, and can be used in a variety of menus.
